Senior Solution Manager

Hiring: Senior Solution Manager / Solution Manager – Architecture | Singapore.

I’m partnering with a fast-growing international data center platform, to hire a Senior Solution Manager / Solution Manager – Architecture based in Singapore.

This is a key role supporting to expand hyperscale data center portfolio across Southeast Asia, with projects across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other strategic markets.

You’ll take ownership of architectural design delivery across the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design through detailed design, construction and site execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead architectural design across large-scale hyperscale data center developments

• Develop design strategies around scalability, modularity, operational reliability and MEP integration

• Manage external architects, consultants and multidisciplinary design teams

• Coordinate closely with C&S, MEP, development teams, contractors and regulatory authorities

• Drive design reviews, approvals, tender support and contractor-led detailed design

• Support construction and resolve design issues through site execution

• Drive design optimisation and value engineering across cost, functionality and programme requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of architectural design / project management experience

• Proven data center architectural design and management experience

• Experience delivering projects across Malaysia, Indonesia or Southeast Asia

• Strong understanding of regional building codes, approvals and international design standards

• Experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary teams

• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and site execution

• Developer-side, client-side or design management experience is highly preferred

• Fluent English and comfortable working across international teams
