Aufgaben

You don't just build interfaces here — you build the technical foundation for scaled customer communication at mid-sized companies & tech players.

What you do with us:

• Technical Project Management & Integration Delivery: Responsibility for conception, implementation and operation of technical integrations.
• Integrations implement & further develop: App Stores, Automation Suites, ERP/CRM Systems — you bring everything together.
• Technical Consulting for Enterprise Customers & Partners: Direct exchange with technical contact partners on the customer side.
• Owner of Integration Portfolio: Building, prioritizing and further developing our integration roadmap.
• Closely working with Product, CS & Sales: Taking requirements, optimizing processes and driving integrations forward together.

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone who has a desire for ownership and real responsibility — no ticket collector.

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical consulting / implementation / integration
• Strong in technical project management
• Very good coding skills, preferably JavaScript
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with APIs, Webhooks & Integration Architectures
• German (C2) & English fluently
• Pleasure in customer contact & complex technical questions

Bonus: Experience in the SaaS or startup environment.
