Senior Solution Architect (m/f/d)

We are expanding our agile and cross-functional team and are therefore looking for you as an experienced Solution Architect (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• You analyze complex technical requirements and develop future-proof solution and platform architectures from them.
• You design and implement modern cloud, Kubernetes, and container platforms – both on-premises and in the cloud.
• You develop and optimize scalable CI/CD and GitOps processes and drive the automation of development and operational workflows.
• You advise clients on platform strategies, operating models, automation solutions, as well as technological and architectural issues.
• You design secure and compliance-compliant system architectures, taking into account current security, governance, and best practice requirements.
• You moderate workshops, develop architectural concepts, and support decision-makers and development teams as a technical sparring partner.
• You accompany migrations and modernization projects and successfully implement the developed solutions together with the project teams.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in the architecture and implementation of modern IT cloud and platform solutions.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, as well as the operation of containerized platforms.
• You use modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), master Infrastructure as Code methods and the corresponding tools (Terraform, OpenTofu or Ansible), and are proficient in building and operating automated CI/CD pipelines.
• You have a strong understanding of Security-by-Design, Zero Trust, Identity & Access Management, Secrets Management, as well as compliance and governance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz or NIS2).
• You communicate technical contexts clearly and appropriately for different target groups to various stakeholders.
• You have very good German language skills (C1 level) as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, enjoyment of direct exchange, and a high degree of flexibility.
