Senior Solution Architect

As a key member of the Singapore Architecture Office, you will drive strategic technology initiatives that enable business transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business and technology, delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions and guiding modernization efforts. This role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures. Position Responsibilities: Lead technology innovation to provide business solutions, including AI, Cloud, Data, and Integration. Develop and maintain solution architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and vendors, to define solution requirements, design, and implementation. Conduct design and architecture reviews to ensure solution quality, performance, and security. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and engineers. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Support the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots to validate new technologies and solutions. Contribute to the development of architecture governance and standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on cloud, data, and integration technologies. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure solutions. Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in business solutions. Solid understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
