Senior Solution Architect / Facharchitekt*

• You work for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

• You conceive, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

• You design sophisticated end-to-end solution architectures that reconcile business requirements with technical possibilities

• As a link between the business department and IT, you translate complex business requirements into implementable architectures

• You advise our clients on the strategic orientation of their IT landscape and accompany them on the path to the optimal solution

This is what characterizes you:

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable discipline

• You have many years of professional experience in the conception of solution architectures, requirements engineering, and IT consulting, and ideally in the automotive industry and/or the public sector

• You are very good at analyzing complex business processes and translating them into IT solution concepts

• With your strong empathy, you are able to quickly penetrate a client's challenges and immediately develop convincing, viable solution ideas from them

• You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince through sovereign, target-group-oriented communication with diverse stakeholders up to the executive board level

• You speak fluent German (at least C1) and very good English (at least B2)
