Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate - Corporate and Commercial

The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented senior solicitor or senior associate in our leading corporate and commercial team that specialises in mergers and acquisitions transactions and general corporate advisory. In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety of corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and other types of transactions. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on all aspects of corporate law, including company secretarial work, shareholdings, and directors' duties. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
