Since over 25 years, we have been taking care of payroll – with more than 1,500 customers, we are the market leader in Lower Bavaria.

And precisely from this practice, we develop our own software.

Tasks

What you do here

At aipama, you develop software that comes directly from practice:

• You develop features and modules for LOKI and the aipama Web platform
• You work with Java, Spring Boot / Jakarta EE, REST-APIs, and PostgreSQL
• You build robust business logic that makes sense from a professional perspective
• You improve existing functions and design new solutions
• You work structured with Git and CI/CD
• You help automate processes and develop them further in the long term

In short:

Your code has a purpose – and you can see it in everyday life.

Qualification

What you should bring with you

• Educated as a Fachinformatiker (Anwendungsentwicklung) or studied computer science/economics
• Multiple years of experience in professional software development
• Very good knowledge of Java (Spring Boot / Jakarta EE)
• Experience with REST-APIs, relational databases, and version control
• Pleasure in writing clean, maintainable code
• Interest in combining professionalism and technology
• Very good German language skills

You don't have to be a KI specialist.

What's more important is that you build software that holds what it promises.
