Tasks

This is what awaits you.

You will be part of a colorful team that takes our successful software technology to the next level. Your tasks are diverse, practical, and connected with much design freedom as well as personal responsibility. Specifically:

• You conceptualize and develop new features and applications for our controlling platforms – from technical specification to rollout, independently and in a team.
• You take technical responsibility for the further development and optimization of existing modules with a view to performance and scalability.
• You design and implement stable interfaces to internal and external systems and ensure clean data flows between the platforms.
• You establish and improve quality standards, conduct tests, and ensure the stability of our applications.
• You bring your experience actively into architecture and technology decisions and develop our platform technically further.
• You identify sensible use cases for AI in controlling processes and work on integrating AI-supported functions, such as analyses, forecasts, or assistant functions.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just code, but also thinks. You should be able to work very independently and enjoy developing solutions that really move our customers forward. Furthermore, you will find yourself in the following points:

• You have a completed education or degree in the field of computer science, software development, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in developing modern web applications and have solid knowledge of frontend and backend technologies as well as working with databases.
• You work structured, take responsibility for technical topics, and can translate complex requirements into clean solutions.
• You find pragmatic solutions, like to get started, and tackle challenges with initiative and a clear hands-on mentality.
• Ideal would be experience with modern development environments, cloud infrastructures, or automated deployments.
• You have interest in AI-supported applications and ideally first-hand experience with integrating AI or machine learning functions into software products.
