Senior Software Security Engineer*

This awaits you with us:

• You work in consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

• You conceive, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

• You have many years of experience and expertise in secure software development to apply and adapt Best Principles and Practices for secure software development, e.g., NCSC, OWASP, or Mitre, in projects

• You work with modern technologies such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Spring, or Vue – depending on your strengths and interests, you will contribute a part of these to our projects and be responsible for IT security

• You design and build secure infrastructures in the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, IONOS, Google) for the applications we develop

• You represent Accso as a reliable partner throughout the entire project lifecycle – from acquisition to acceptance – and proactively pass on your knowledge

This sets you apart:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline

• You bring sound, in-depth knowledge in software engineering and are comfortable in both backend and frontend

• You master Secure by Design, Zero Trust, and other IT security principles and have already successfully applied these in complex and demanding projects

• You possess in-depth knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and Mitre CWE Top 25, apply these practices, and avoid corresponding risks.

• You have experience with automation in the sense of DevOps and the integration of security tools (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST) with it

• You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince with confident, target-group-appropriate communication with a wide range of stakeholders up to the executive board level

• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
