Tasks

For our demanding software development projects at the Heidenheim location, we are looking for your expertise and implementation experience. As an experienced senior software developer with a solid background and leadership in the realization of complex software projects, you're exactly right with us.

• Technical leadership and quality assurance of an internal team (Backend, Frontend, AI)
• Leadership of customer projects (requirements, interfaces, changes communication)
• Complex system developments, participation in software architecture, mentoring, AI developments
• Building a scalable SaaS architecture (React/Typescript, Python/Flask, Audit-Trails)
• Quality and release processes accompany and optimize
• Safety of validation & compliance
• Participation in development-, review- and documentation processes
• Project planning, capacity planning, and prioritization
• Participation in offers

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in computer science, business informatics, applied computer science or equivalent
• Mult-year experience as full-stack software developer (Python, TypeScript, React, PWA)
• Experience with AI models (LLMs, ML-Pipelines, data validation)
• Willingness to take over responsibility and technical/functional leadership in demanding projects and internal company tasks
• Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking as well as communication strength and team spirit, engagement, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Very good German and English language skills
