Senior Software Developer (m/w/d) - Finance

As Senior Software Developer (m/w/d), you will work particularly on individual software solutions for customers (banks, insurance companies and trade).

We are looking for experienced developer personalities who not only write excellent code but also have the desire to build a new location from scratch.

We work interdisciplinary for our customers to develop the best solution. Respect and appreciation is particularly important to us.

Tasks

• You develop individual full-stack solutions and software architectures with modern stacks (e.g. Java Spring, React, Angular, vue.js, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• You understand customer requirements and translate them independently into feasible technical concepts.
• You accompany less experienced colleagues (e.g. through Pair Programming or Code-Reviews) and share your knowledge willingly.

Qualification

• A completed IT study at a university of applied sciences or university
• Multiple years of experience in software development (e.g. Java / Spring Boot and frameworks like Angular, React, vue.js)
• You know working in the customer field (classic & agile) and communicate technical decisions confidently.
• You bring the necessary portion of passion to use design spaces and build our new location with us.
• You enjoy exchanging – whether customer context, full remote or personally at the coffee machine.
• You master German at least on C1 level
• Somewhat travel readiness in the region around Hannover, but also occasionally to our locations and customers in NRW
