Tasks

Your job at isento

• From Proof of Concepts to productive integration, you will take on a key role in customer and research projects for innovative applications that use modern AI methods such as agent-based systems, RAG or LLM pipelines.
• You design and implement robust, cloud-based architectures and seamlessly integrate AI services into existing IT landscapes
• With MLOps workflows and CI/CD, you ensure the stable, secure and efficient operation of the models. Testing, monitoring and compliance are a matter of course for you.
• Understandable code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge sharing and pair programming are just as much a part of your everyday life as the conception of new features and coordination with stakeholders
• With your know-how, you support your team members and guide less experienced colleagues to promote and develop their technical skills
• You actively contribute, develop your own ideas, show initiative and drive topics forward with responsibility and foresight.

Qualification

What you bring to the table

• Passion for software development, AI and innovative technologies
• Many years of experience in software development and experience in the development of productive AI systems
• Very good knowledge of Python, Machine Learning concepts and common AI frameworks and methods such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, vLLM, LangChain, Prompt Engineering
• Solid knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP), API design, microservices and containerization
• Experience in web front-end development and Java are an advantage
• You are curious, seek exchange and share your knowledge to learn and grow together from each otherGood German skills (at least B2) enable you to communicate confidently in the team and with stakeholders.
