Tasks

Your job at isento

• You will take on a key role in customer and research projects for innovative applications that use modern AI methods such as agent-based systems, RAG or LLM pipelines.
• You will design and implement robust, cloud-based architectures and integrate KI services seamlessly into existing IT landscapes.
• You will ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of models using MLOps workflows and CI/CD. Testing, monitoring, and compliance are self-evident for you.
• You will write understandable code, perform unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, exchange knowledge, and engage in pair programming - all part of your daily routine, just like conceiving new features and coordinating with stakeholders.
• You will support your team members and lead less experienced colleagues by developing their technical skills.
• You will actively participate, develop your own ideas, show initiative, and drive topics forward with responsibility and foresight.

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Passion for software development, AI, and innovative technologies
• Long-standing experience in software development and experience in developing productive AI systems
• Very good knowledge of Python, machine learning concepts, and common AI frameworks and methods such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, vLLM, LangChain, Prompt Engineering
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), API design, microservices, and containerization
• Experience in web frontend development and Java is an advantage
• You are curious, seek exchange, and share your knowledge to learn and grow together. Good German language skills (at least B2) enable you to communicate confidently with the team and stakeholders.
