Senior Software Engineer (w/m/d)

As a Senior Software Engineer (w/m/d) you will work in an agile team of Java developers to create efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, design and implementation of complex projects in the area of Java and JEE from brainstorming to deployment
• Design and creation of APIs using REST and connection of React Single Page Applications
• Design and implementation of efficient, modular, testable Java services using the Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate and Spring Boot
• Working in small teams with modern development tools and methods: Git, Gitflow, Scrum

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrable practical experience in the software development of complex applications for Java/JEE platforms
• Experience in the design and development of (financial) applications with a focus on data analysis and database design
• Experience with SSO/OAuth2 (experience with Keycloak/Red Hat SSO is an advantage)
• Experience with Testing Frameworks for both Unit Tests and automated REST interface tests
• Use of Wildfly, Git, CI/CD using Gitlab and Jenkins
• Knowledge of the SAP Financial Accounting modules (SAP FI) is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
