Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s deeply hands-on and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments — someone who can architect, code, and mentor in equal measure. You’ll work across multiple client projects (web apps, streaming platforms, dashboards, etc.) and lead a small team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and technical quality across the stack.

• Lead the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously — from architecture to deployment.

• Write clean, modular, and high-performance code across Node.js, Express, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers (3–4), conducting code reviews and guiding technical direction.

• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Contribute to technical architecture, CI/CD setup, and cloud deployments (AWS / Vercel / Render / Cloudflare).

• Work on reusable libraries and components for internal and client products.

• Participate in sprint planning, client calls, and internal reviews — owning accountability for deliverables.

• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and integration issues across backend and frontend.

• 5–8 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Agency or consulting background preferred — ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

• Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, MongoDB).

• Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, monorepo, CI/CD pipelines).

• Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, and basic DevOps workflows.

• Prior team leadership experience managing 2–5 developers.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills.

• Must be open to relocating or working from Mumbai.

• Experience with Prisma and Redis
