Senior Software Engineer

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to .NET Core backend, but we emphasize the ability to deliver end-to-end, not specific stack.
• Ability to work with open-ended problems, without complete specifications
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Product thinking - Oriented thinking and UX
• You use AI (Cursor, Claude, Copilot or similar) to improve your work, knowing when it helps and when it doesn't.

About the Role We're building a product used by tens of thousands of people and want to take it to the next level.
The problem we're solving isn't simple, we have complex legislation, many exceptions, and high expectations from users.
We're looking for an engineer who can take a problem from ambiguity to solution and impact for users.

Your Mission in This Role

• You'll work with real problems, not just defined tasks
• You'll take technical decisions with direct impact on the product and business
• You'll build and adjust systems that need to scale as we grow
• (and technically, and as business logic)
• You'll contribute to integrating AI in the product, not just how you personally use it
• You'll influence technical standards and how we work
