Tasks

Your role in 30 seconds

Software architectures, user experience, system concepts, and the programmatic implementation of these let your heart beat faster? Automated payment processing, accounting processes, and cash registers fascinate you? Become as a Senior Fullstack Developer part of a technology-driven and motivated team at CSG Systems and take responsibility for the new and further development of our core software – cash registers must be controlled, different hardware connected, interfaces and additional services integrated. In detail this includes the following areas:

• Conceptualization and development of the backend system for controlling payment processes
• Design and implementation of user interfaces for machines and desktop applications
• Conceptualization and development of web-enabled applications for value-added services
• Bonding of interfaces (ERP, accounting systems, etc.) to partner systems
• Hardware connection of components in the machine (network, COM, USB, CANBUS)
• Comprehensive testing of all software components
• Closely working with stakeholders for task definition
• Focus on robust and scalable software solutions that are tailored to project goals and customer wishes

Qualification

You bring this

• 7+ years of experience in object-oriented programming, preferably C++
• Experience with other programming languages, particularly Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as the frameworks QT, Spring Boot, and Vue 3 are desirable
• Clear commitment to principles regarding Clean Code, documentation, and security
• Experience with unit testing or test-driven development
• Experience with real-time systems, preferably from the financial technology sector
• Experience with managing and expanding complex software systems
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking (customer language)
