Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years' experience to work across multiple fast-paced national and international client projects.
This is a fully remote role, however you must be based within the Wellington or Kapiti region to be considered for this opportunity.
We're looking for a highly capable, self-motivated engineer who thrives in a work-from-home environment and takes strong ownership of their work.
To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid New Zealand work visa.

You'll be responsible for;
- Software development across multiple client projects leveraging a well-rounded tech-stack with knowledge of cloud native, AI & DevOps technologies
- Participating in on-call support as required
- Stakeholder engagement and communication
- Identifying and managing technical risks
- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and practices
- Be a critical and strategic thinker
- Bring a high level of analytical rigour
- Have a strong sense of technical ownership
- Be a confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Effective decision-maker in complex environments
- Ruby on Rails
- TypeScript
- Python
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
