Job Title: Accelerator Senior Software Engineer Location: Lyon About the job We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (fullstack) to join the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator teams. Inside a small autonomous multi-functional agile team, you will help launch new medical devices and solutions that transform patient care. As a key member of our M&S Accelerator teams, your mission is to develop innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications that are scalable, secure, and reliable. Your expertise will enable us to accelerate the development of new products and services, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using a variety of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.) and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Angular, etc.). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative software solutions that meet those needs. • Work closely with product owners to understand requirements and develop software applications that meet those requirements. • Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code is of high quality, secure, and follows best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software development. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our software development processes. • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and provide training to other team members as needed. • Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure that the team is aligned and working efficiently. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it. • Develop and maintain software applications that are scalable, secure, and reliable. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Participate in the development of technical roadmaps and contribute to the definition of technical strategies.
