What awaits you:
As a Senior Software Engineer / Developer, you will work on our product Teambox – in close collaboration with Design, Product, and Operations.
Your focus will be on thinking holistically about features, implementing, testing, and rolling them out – always with an eye on usability, performance, and stability. You will have a lot of freedom to set your own priorities and try out new approaches.
Responsibilities
- Quality & Testing: Automated tests, code reviews, and continuous improvement of code quality & DX.
- APIs & Integrations: Further development of our APIs (REST/GraphQL) and connection of external services.
- Operations & Monitoring: Responsibility for stable, secure releases; troubleshooting along our CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with Design & Product – short feedback loops, data- and user-centered decisions.
Qualifications
- SaaS Experience: Ideally, you have already worked on a SaaS product that is established in the market.
- AI Know-how: Ideally, you already have experience in strategically using AI as a driver in the development process from the very beginning.
- Stack Fit: Solid programming experience in common languages – ideally PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g., React/Vue).
- Quality & Pragmatism: Your code is maintainable and well-thought-out – without being hacky, but with a sense for healthy pragmatism.
- Testing & CI/CD: Familiarity with automated testing and Continuous Integration/Delivery.
- API Competence: Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- System Basics: Basic knowledge of working with Linux servers and container-based setups.
- Curiosity & Eagerness to Learn: You enjoy developing yourself further and reflectively trying out new technologies.
- Enthusiasm: Enjoyment of results and positive user feedback are your motivation.
- Communication & Team Spirit: You clearly articulate your opinion, discuss constructively, and make decisions collectively.
- Languages: Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
