Seyna is an insurer that brings unparalleled efficiency to brokers. Since its launch in 2019, when Seyna obtained its ACPR insurer license, Seyna has convinced over 100 brokers, including SPVIE, Verspieren, WTW, Garantme, APRIL, Marsh, and Dalma. They use Seyna to protect nearly two million policyholders in 6 European countries. Thanks to an investment of 57 million euros from GFC, WhiteStar Capital, Elaia, and 115K (La Banque Postale), Seyna has global ambitions to improve the insurance sector by modernizing the design and management of insurance programs.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

The Product & Engineering team is Seyna's technological brain: it builds the platform that runs Seyna and its brokers, from discovery work to production, in 2-week sprints. As a Software Product Engineer, you join the Tech team with a unique role, embedded as closely as possible to the business teams (actuarial, legal, accounting…), reporting directly to Guillaume, our CPTO. Your mission: to build with AI the tools that will multiply the productivity of the entire company!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Business Immersion: Immerse yourself in the team you are equipping and actively practice their job, to understand from the inside their processes, regulatory constraints, and daily pain points.

• Discovery & Prioritization: Conduct user research (interviews, observation, process analysis), identify the highest impact problems, and independently manage your backlog based on expected business value.

• Specs & Architecture: Translate needs into concise specs and documented architectural decisions, so that every choice is tracked and easily picked up by the Tech team.

• End-to-End Delivery: Develop, test, and deploy your solutions yourself, with a true production quality standard (code review, tests, monitoring, documentation). Deliver quickly, without creating debt!

• AI at the Heart of the Build: Use code agents (Claude Code…) as a velocity lever, and integrate AI directly into the tools you build: automation, extraction, generation, business agents.

• Measurement & Iteration: Define success criteria with the business, measure the adoption and impact of your tools, and iterate quickly based on data and user feedback.

• Alignment & Diffusion: Reuse existing components of the Seyna platform with the Product & Engineering teams, escalate what deserves to be industrialized, and share your AI-augmented build methods to level up the entire organization.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:

• You are proficient in full-stack development in TypeScript (React, Node.js) on AWS and GitHub, and you deliver production-quality code.

• You have true engineering rigor: thoughtful architecture, testing, code review, monitoring, and documentation are part of your DNA.

• You are AI-native: code agents are part of your daily life, and you know how to integrate AI into useful products.

• You know how to conduct discovery: interview, observe, and clearly articulate the real problem before writing a single line of code.

• You learn quickly and you love diving into a business that is not your own.

• You are impact-oriented: you measure what you deliver and you rely on data to decide the next steps.

• You enjoy solving complex problems and you know how to engage both tech and non-tech profiles, without hierarchical authority.

• ✨ Bonus if you have already written specs and arbitrated a backlog in a Product Manager role.

• A Seynalma Interview with Charlotte (Client Performance Director) and Anne-Céline (Senior CSM) - 2x45' → This will allow you to see if our company culture aligns with your values and way of working.

• A Final Interview with Stephen (CEO) - 30' → This is your chance to chat with our CEO and see if your drivers match our 3 Unique Selling Propositions for Talents!
