Our Startup

CADAICO, the Chat-to-Design Company, is a small but rapidly growing startup from Stuttgart. Founded was CADAICO by Pedram, a former Mid-Level Manager from Mechanical Engineering, and Daniel, a KI Researcher from KIT.

Our team builds KI-based construction software for mechanical engineering.

We combine KI methods with conventional algorithms to help engineers create mechanical constructions faster using our "Chat-to-CAD" software instead of traditional CAD tools.

With promising projects in the pipeline, we have a good foundation for the next growth phase.

We are looking for people who think independently, take responsibility and want to build genuine KI products that shape mechanical engineering.

Aufgaben

What you do here

• Built central parts of our Chat-to-Design product end-to-end
• Develop scalable full-stack applications for engineers
• Bring KI/LLM functionalities into the productive application — from retrieval pipelines to agent workflows
• Makes complex KI ideas simple, usable product features
• Shapes architecture, technical decisions and engineering quality while scaling

Qualifikation

Required Skills & Experience

• Multiple-year practical experience in software development, ideally 5+ years, including responsibility for complex, production-ready systems
• Strong practical experience with KI/LLM applications, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic Workflows
• Experience with Python 3.12+ (Flask), C# (.NET Core 8, WPF, WebView) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Svelte/SvelteKit)
• Strong understanding of scalable data engineering:
  Databases (SQL, NoSQL), Caching and Indexing
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Clean Code and warrantable system design, for example SOLID, DRY and KISS
• Very good English- and good German- language skills for safe internal and external communication

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of CAD software
• Understanding of Prompt Optimization or agent-based systems
• Pleasure in rapid prototyping and iterative experimenting
