Your Mission
At Conceptboard, we are building a collaboration product that teams in enterprise and security-critical environments use daily – and we are building it with the ambition that it remains reliable, maintainable, and scalable. For this, we need Senior Engineers who not only deliver but also raise the bar through the way they build.
You are hands-on in the Platform or App team, you ship – and you make the team better by doing so. You bring senior delivery capacity where the bottleneck is today, translate the target architecture into real software, and provide feedback when it encounters reality. At the same time, you actively ensure that knowledge stays and is distributed within the team – you will not become the next single point of failure.

Your Responsibilities

• Building, at a high level. You deliver platform and app services hands-on – with the practices that keep them maintainable in the long term: Testing, Observability, clear boundaries, good documentation.
• Implementing and pressure-testing architecture. You translate the target architecture into functioning software. Where it encounters reality and breaks, you surf that and feed it back. You influence direction by building.
• Actively reducing the Bus Factor. You share context, document, pair, and mentor – so that knowledge is distributed within the team. Explicitly: Do not become the next person everything depends on.
• Setting standards by example. Your code review, your craft, your collaboration – that is the level others orient themselves by.
• Multiplying Agentic Practices. We are in the process of establishing Agentic Engineering throughout the organization. You are convinced of it, embody it, and help us set and maintain common practices.

Must-haves

• Strong Hands-on Engineering Skills. Deep, current build experience. The type of senior whose code others trust and can learn from.
• Sound Engineering Practices as Default. Testing, Observability, CI/CD, and clear boundaries are not afterthoughts for you, but how you work.
• Collaborative Multiplier, not a Lone Hero. You spread knowledge and elevate the team – instead of hoarding context or building dependencies.
• Agentic-First. You already work Agentic-First – or you are eager to learn it and bring the discipline to do it cleanly.

• Relevant domain depth: Distributed Systems, Real-Time Architecture, or Collaboration Platforms.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with high compliance requirements.
• Experience on a platform or enabling team that serves other teams as internal customers.
• A genuine mentoring track record – not just "helped occasionally".
