What skill are we searching for? Real-world experience: You’ve spent at least 5 to 7 years building software that survives high-traffic, production environments. Backend mastery: You are highly proficient in Golang and ideally also JS/TS . AI fluency: You have already integrated AI into your workflow and know how to use it to write better code and debug complex systems. Solid fundamentals: You have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns that allow you to build software that is scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
