Senior Software Engineer DevOps - NixOS Focus (m/w/d)

As DevOps Engineer, you ensure that our processes are efficient, automated, and future-proof. You accompany the entire development cycle – from the first idea to implementation and live deployment. While keeping an eye on technical implementation, you think further: How can infrastructure be smarter built? Where can automation help? Which technologies are best for scalable architectures?

In customer projects, you apply your expertise to manage self-hosted infrastructures with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), optimize and continuously develop Nix-based development environments and CI workflows.

Aufgaben

In Focus stand:

• NixOS: You bring comprehensive knowledge of NixOS, especially in the area of system-wide configuration management and declarative infrastructure. You understand how to set up systems consistently and reproducibly.
• Terranix: You use Terranix specifically to combine NixOS with Terraform and expand and automate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approaches.
• Colmena: You can efficiently use Colmena to orchestrate cluster deployments and roll out configuration changes safely and coordinated.
