Senior Software Engineer

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve the systems and workflows that support business operations at scale. This role operates at the intersection of software engineering, business processes, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on reliability, auditability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Java or Scala Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices that integrate with existing systems and third-party services Develop and implement data models, schema designs, and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and optimize system performance Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies for software development and deployment Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of overall code quality Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and API specifications.
