We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Caching to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our caching system. Key responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain our caching system to ensure optimal performance and scalability. • Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and prioritize caching-related issues. • Work closely with our data scientists to integrate caching with our data analytics platform. • Develop and maintain caching-related tools and scripts to support our engineering team. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our caching system. • Stay up-to-date with the latest caching technologies and best practices. • Collaborate with our product team to identify and prioritize caching-related features. • Develop and maintain caching-related documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse. • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support for our caching system. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on caching and distributed systems. • Strong understanding of caching technologies, including Redis, Memcached, and Apache Ignite. • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
