Tasks:

• You develop complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions in C++ - You drive automation forward, write informative unit and integration tests (e.g., with Catch2) and optimize our CI/CD pipelines - You support junior and mid-level developers through technical leadership and actively mentor them - You serve as a technical point of contact for complex problems and conduct regular pair-programming sessions

Qualifications:

• You bring fundamental, multi-year professional experience in software development with a focus on modern C++ (23) and Qt - You are confident in the application of software design patterns and have experience in the conception of complex distributed systems - You have already successfully mentored developers and enjoy explaining complex technical matters in a clear and patient manner - You communicate sovereignly, openly, and respectfully in German and English
