In the regions of Munich or Berlin

Your Tasks

• Develop our platform further: You will work on the further development of our modern financial platform – with a focus on scalable backend services and high-performance interfaces that are used daily by our users.
• Design innovative solutions: In cross-functional teams, you will develop new features, improve existing processes, and bring in your own ideas to make our products smarter and more efficient.
• Growth towards Fullstack: Your focus lies in the backend, but you are also interested in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and work closely with our frontend teams to create seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Ai & Automation: You will bring your expertise when it comes to integrating AI-based features and automations into our platform – whether in product logic or development processes.
• Quality & Collaboration: You will write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and work in a culture of learning, sharing, and mutual growth

Your Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on backend systems.
• Fundamental knowledge inGolang orPython – or motivation to learn both technologies.
• Interest in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and willingness to expand your knowledge prospectively towards Fullstack.
• Experience in developingscalable, service-oriented systems and working with APIs (REST/gRPC).
• Understanding of clean software architectures, testing, and CI/CD.
• Firsttangents withcloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes) are a plus – what matters more is your curiosity to learn.
• Pasión for AI and Automation as part of modern development and product strategies.
• You speakfluent German and can communicate confidently inEnglish.
• You have a desire totake responsibility, continue your professional development, and grow together with experienced colleagues.
