nextAudit is a young B2B software startup from Aachen. Our platform AuditCloud helps companies digitalize their internal and external audit processes and harvest a large data treasure.

Audit can be simplified as a comprehensive inspection of the car: The current state is compared to the desired state, and if there are too many deviations, it gets expensive. In the company, an audit can become very complex depending on its type.

The special thing about AuditCloud is the focus on very simple user interface and AI approaches for better data utilization. What you take for granted in modern apps often does not exist in industry, where software still looks like from past times (and is sometimes older than 20 years).

Aufgaben

• Development and further development of central features of AuditCloud
• Focus on clean architecture, high code quality, and good user experience
• Active participation in technical decision-making and architectural concepts
• Closely working with our Product Management
• Conducting code reviews and establishing best practices

Qualifikation

Tech Stack & Arbeitsweise

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Firebase, Google Cloud Services
• Agile development with short feedback cycles, code reviews
• Aware handling of refactoring, performance, and maintainability

What you bring:

• Multiple years of experience in professional software development
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, ideally TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (mainly Vue.js)
• High quality standards for code, architecture, and user experience
• German language skills at native speaker level (at least C1)
• Experience with Node.js, cloud services, or serverless architectures
• Pleasure in taking responsibility
• Ideal experience in B2B or SaaS environment
