Job description
What you need to have to succeed in this role Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline. 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role focused on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE. Solid understanding of how the internet and HTTP work under the hood — DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gateways — and how these come together in modern microservice architectures. Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS or Azure. Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
