Senior Software Engineer: Agentic Engineering & Open Source (m/f/d)

B310 is a software engineering consultancy with a focus on Open Source Software and Agentic Engineering. We are looking for reinforcement in the form of an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Tasks

You will work with us on modern software and agentic engineering topics and focus on how AI is changing software development and existing engineering processes. You will test and evaluate current AI tools and new technologies, compare different setups for productive use, and further develop AI-supported engineering workflows. In addition, you will contribute to internal tools, open-source projects, and the optimization of our tool landscape. Depending on your interests and experience, you can also support the preparation and execution of technical workshops.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable
• More than 10 years of professional experience in software engineering or professional software development
• Very good knowledge of modern software development and software architecture
• In-depth knowledge in at least one modern programming language
• Experience with TypeScript or Elixir is particularly welcome – other programming languages are also interesting
• Interest/experience in AI, Agentic Engineering, and Open Source
• Openness to new technologies, methods, and the changes that AI brings to software development
• Willingness to think beyond classic programming and try out new engineering approaches
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ideally, interest or experience in conducting technical workshops
• Proficient in macOS
• You live in Schleswig Holstein (or are actively planning to move)
• no armament projects
• Native-level German and fluent English
