Senior Software Developer-Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in RFID technology to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade RFID solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of software modules, system integration, and technical leadership across teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain RFID-based enterprise applications.
  

• Lead architecture and system design for high-performance RFID solutions.
  

• Integrate RFID readers, middleware, databases, and backend applications.
  

• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  

• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and cross-functional teams.
  

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  

• Participate in requirement analysis, code reviews, and solution discussions.
  

• Support troubleshooting, deployment, and client-facing technical interactions.
  

12+ years of experience in software development, preferably in RFID / IoT solutions.

Strong understanding of RFID standards, protocols, and reader integration.

Expertise in backend development (Java / .NET / Python – as applicable).

Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and microservices.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science.

Prior experience working on enterprise or product-based solutions.
