Senior Software Developer: Python (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for new features end-to-end: You question requirements, design viable architectures, implement them, and accompany them into productive operation.
• You set technical standards: You shape our test and review culture, provide well-founded feedback in code reviews, and ensure our platform remains maintainable in the long term through clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in software development: you have already independently brought features from conception to operation and developed systems over longer periods.
• Technical understanding of Python-based web applications (e.g. Django, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Linux).
• Experience in handling code reviews, quality assurance, and clean development processes.
• Basic understanding of IT security, secure software development, data protection, and handling sensitive data.
• Structured way of working, strong analytical thinking, and high diligence in testing and documentation.
• Helpfulness, team orientation, and very good communication skills.
• German at native speaker level and very good English skills.
