Tasks

• Concept, development, and implementation of new applications and software solutions under consideration of quality-assuring measures
• Evaluation of technical solution approaches and technologies
• Tight cooperation with testers as well as preparation, coordination, and professional support for tests to ensure the quality of new applications and software solutions
• Analysis and optimization of existing systems, applications, and interfaces
• Further development, optimization, and professional adaptation of the inventory management system to new technical and professional requirements
• Creation and maintenance of a complete, traceable technical documentation of developed systems

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of work experience in software development with assumption of technical responsibility for applications and their operation
• Fundamental knowledge in frontend development with TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular as well as backend development with C#, Kotlin or Java using Oracle databases
• Very secure and routine handling of version control (Git)
• Experience in data modeling (ERM, UML)
• Knowledge in the development and binding of web services (REST; knowledge of SOAP is advantageous)
• Structured, quality-oriented, and self-reliant working style
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills
