We are isento (Portuguese: "free") and realize IT projects in Nuremberg from conception to rollout. As a Software Developer, you contribute to the development of tailor-made solutions for our clients' challenges.

Tasks

Your job at isento

• In a cross-functional project team, you take on a key role in developing high-quality software solutions for local clients or our in-house products.
• You identify technical challenges, develop effective solution strategies, and implement them together with your team.
• Together, you are responsible for the entire development process: from conception and architecture through development and testing to deployment and monitoring.
• Clean Code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge transfer, and pair programming are just as much a part of your daily routine as the conception of new features and coordination with stakeholders.
• Depending on the project, you will be involved in the new development of web applications, extend, modernize, and replace existing systems, migrate them to the cloud, or participate in the further development of various research and AI topics.
• In our projects, we mostly use web technologies and Angular in the frontend, as well as Java and Spring Boot in the backend.
• You support your team members with your know-how, take responsibility for technical topics, and guide less experienced colleagues in their professional development.
• You contribute your own ideas, take initiative, and drive topics forward with responsibility and foresight.

Qualification

What you bring with you

• You have many years of experience in software development and integrate AI value-adding into your daily work.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of Java or web frontends like Angular and want to contribute across the entire stack.
• Ideally, you have already worked with several of the following topics: Spring Boot, Angular, databases, AWS, DevOps, cloud technologies, GenAI, IT Security, accessibility.
• Software development is your passion. You don't just think technically, but want to truly understand our clients' requirements and needs to develop the best possible solution.
• You are curious, seek exchange, and share your knowledge to learn and grow together.
• You have good communication skills in German (min. B2) and English.
