Senior Software Developer (m/w/d)

Tasks

As Senior Software Developer, you write code that flies. You develop safety-critical flight, ground and test software, connect military command systems and use modern, AI-supported workflows to deliver quickly and at high quality.

• You develop software for missiles, launchers and ground systems
• You develop interfaces to military command systems
• You develop test stand and test software
• You develop user interfaces for testing and demonstration purposes
• You ensure software quality, documentation and test coverage
• You build modern development tools and use AI-supported workflows

Qualification

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience with safety-critical software
• Experience with military or flying systems
• Fundamental knowledge of modern software development and a structured work approach with high quality standards
• Knowledge of military interfaces and command systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of relevant software standards is advantageous
• Experience with embedded and real-time systems is advantageous
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills
• Nationality of an EU or NATO member state (excluding USA) and willingness to undergo a security check according to SÜG
