As Senior Software Developer (gn), you will take on a central role in this development. You are not only responsible for implementing new features, but also actively contribute to breaking down technical bottlenecks, modernizing existing systems, and significantly increasing the delivery capability of your team. • You develop and implement professional capabilities in modern backend- and frontend-services, with a backend-focused emphasis
• You work specifically on existing legacy systems for delivery, stability, or secure migration
• You translate business requirements into clean technical cuts, specifications, and robust implementations
• You are responsible for developing the existing systems through refactoring, decoupling, and pragmatic modernization in ongoing operation
• You clarify professional rules and technical dependencies in close exchange with product owners, tech leads, and engineers
• You support less experienced engineers through code reviews, technical sparring, and lived engineering best practices

Your Strengths

• You bring 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• You feel comfortable in modern backend technologies (e.g. Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot or comparable stacks)
• Your structured and solution-oriented work in heterogeneous system landscapes, including legacy, is one of your strengths
• You translate unclear requirements and implicit business logic into feasible technical solutions
• APIs, integration patterns, data models, and operational effects of technical decisions are familiar to you
• You stand out with high engineering hygiene: testable design, code quality, maintainability, and production awareness
• You use AI tools sovereignly as a productivity booster, without delegating responsibility for quality and correctness
