(Senior) Software Developer Fullstack (m/f/d)

• You develop features and improvements for both sides of our SaaS application – both in the backend (Django / Django REST Framework, FastAPI) and in the frontend (React / TypeScript) – you consistently use AI-supported development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to deliver faster and more efficiently.
• As an experienced software developer, you work closely with both development teams and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (product management, UX, sales, etc.).
• You actively drive our AI First Development Culture forward: you research new tools, share best practices within the team, and help integrate AI meaningfully into our daily workflows.
• You assist with the technical documentation of the product.
• You conduct AI-supported code reviews, help with the use of AI tools in everyday development, and assist with ticket distribution and development steering.

• A completed degree in computer science, a related field with an IT focus, or completed training as an application developer (Fachinformatiker/-in Anwendungsentwicklung).
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in full-time roles – ideally in positions where you worked on both backend and frontend.
• You have experience with Python and backend development in Django / Django REST Framework; experience with FastAPI is a plus.
• You are proficient in the design and development of REST APIs, as well as in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM-based data modeling.
• You have practical experience with React and the development of Single-Page Applications; you are proficient in using JavaScript / TypeScript and the ES6 standard library. Experience with frontend frameworks like Ant Design or Material UI is a plus.
• You routinely work with AI-supported coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable) and know how to critically evaluate their output and integrate it meaningfully into existing workflows.
• You are eager to help shape our AI First culture – you try out new tools, share your experiences, and help the team work smarter.
• In addition to working from home, you also value interaction with colleagues and the team spirit on-site.
