Senior Software Developer

We are a software service provider from Berlin and Hamburg.
Currently, we are a five-person team and are looking for another software developer who/who will develop innovative solutions with us and actively shape our growth.

Aufgaben

• Bauen, was Kunden wirklich brauchen. New features, well-maintained existing code, clean solutions in real customer projects – no box-code.
• Anforderungen wirklich verstehen. You analyze what a customer needs – even what they haven't expressed yet – and develop tailored solutions.
• Produkte eigenständig Ende zu Ende durchziehen. You have the fire to bring a project to completion independently – and are also team-oriented and enjoy working with others.
• Wissen teilen. In reviews, during pair programming, with small coaching sessions – because a team is only as good as what it learns from each other.
• Den Blick nach vorn richten. You follow where technology is developing – even how AI works and business models change – and bring fresh ideas to the team where they can create real added value.

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Code. Solid in TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart, Java or comparable – ideally across different projects and stacks.
• Clean Code & Unit Tests are a matter of course for you, not an extra effort.
• Eigenständigkeit – und zwar richtig. That's more important to us than anything else: You don't wait for instructions, you recognize what needs to be done and take the initiative.
• Offene Kommunikation. Directly, honestly, empathetically. You say what's on your mind and listen before you speak – to colleagues as well as customers.
• Ein Gespür für den Wert hinter dem Code. You think about how a solution will arrive at the customer and convince them. You don't have to be a sales expert – but you understand that good software can also inspire someone.
• Lust auf Neues. We're waiting for a colorful tech mix. You don't have to know everything – you just need to want to learn.
• Fließendes Deutsch. Mandatory – due to the close coordination with our customers.
