WHAT WE REQUIRE: For Software Backend Developer up to 6 years of experience is Software backend Development . For Senior Software Backend Developer: more than 6 years Development Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python. Deep understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures. ( Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems) Expertise in microservices architecture (service decomposition, resilience, scalability) Experience with one of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar) Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar) Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN, or similar) Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
