Senior Software Architect*

• You work in consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

• You conceptualize, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agent frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

• You realize demanding and complex software architectures based on modern frameworks and the latest technologies

• You represent Accso as a reliable, competent, and technical point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle – from acquisition to acceptance – and proactively share your knowledge

• You follow current trends and innovations (e.g., in software architectures, frameworks, tools, methods, etc.), contribute the insights gained, and thus drive technological development at Accso

What sets you apart:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline

• You have many years of professional experience in software engineering, software architecture, architecture assessment, server or client development

• You possess in-depth expertise in requirements analysis, the development of technical concepts and solution architectures, and also have a feel for the sales context

• With your strong empathy, you succeed in quickly understanding a client's challenges and developing convincing, viable solution ideas from them

• You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince with confident, target-group-oriented communication with diverse stakeholders up to board level

• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
