Senior Software Architect

• You work in consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

• You conceptualize, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agent frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

• You realize demanding and complex software architectures based on modern frameworks and the latest technologies

• You represent Accso as a reliable, competent, and technical contact person throughout the entire project lifecycle - from acquisition to acceptance - and proactively share your knowledge

• You follow current trends and innovations (e.g., in software architectures, frameworks, tools, methods, etc.) and contribute the insights gained, thus driving technological development at Accso forward

This is what sets you apart:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline

• You have many years of professional experience in software engineering, software architecture, architecture assessment, server, or client development

• You possess in-depth expertise in requirements analysis, the development of technical concepts and solution architectures, and also have a feel for the sales context

• With your strong empathy, you succeed in quickly understanding a client's challenges and developing convincing, viable solution ideas from them

• You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince through confident, target-group-oriented communication with diverse stakeholders up to board level

• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
