(Senior) Social Media & Video Editor (m/f/d)

Then we are looking for you as a Senior Social Media & Video Editor (m/f/d) for our adfriends team!

• You will develop social media formats and editorial concepts based on brand strategy, target groups, and platform logic, and be responsible for editorial planning, including posting.
• You will advise our clients on the strategic further development of their social accounts and contribute your own ideas and impulses.
• You will be responsible for community management and publishing of selected accounts and continuously develop our editorial guidelines and content guidelines.
• You will prepare editorial shoots, be editorially responsible on-site, conduct interviews, and recognize on set which stories, scenes, and assets work for social media.
• You will handle editorial editing in Adobe Premiere, develop platform-appropriate social assets from raw material, and coordinate external and internal editors in post-production.
• You will write captions, hooks, and social copy for organic content, as well as texts and headlines for campaigns and other communication formats.

• You have several years of professional experience in social media, editorial, content, or video – ideally from an agency or production side.
• You think strategically and editorially, but can just as easily get into the tools yourself and implement content.
• A very good feel for social trends, platform logic, and relevant formats distinguishes you.
• Your skills in Adobe Premiere are excellent – other Adobe programs are a plus.
• You have experience in editorial shoot preparation and on-set support.
• You have a sure feel for language, storytelling, and different brand tonalities.
• Consulting competence distinguishes you: You can confidently interact with clients, advise them, and argue for your recommendations.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and maintain an overview even with multiple clients and productions.

• Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
