marswalk builds social media channels for international corporations and market leaders, making their brand appearances Gen-Z ready. Guaranteed without annoying, "cringe" advertising. Our clients include, among others, Coca-Cola, dm, Peek & Cloppenburg, Netto, Drei, and Raiffeisen.

Now we're building our AI-First Content Setup further. For this, we're not looking for someone who just plays around, but someone who really understands AI-video – and implements it.

You'll be part of our Cutter Team, with a clear focus on AI-generated and AI-supported videos.

Aufgaben

You'll steer campaigns from pitch to report for brands everyone knows. Specifically, that means:

• Project management. You'll keep the threads together, between customers, creative teams, and external partners. Budgets, timings, spontaneous plan changes: it'll all run smoothly with you, before it gets out of hand somewhere else.
• Creativity with attitude. TikTok, Reels, Shorts are your home, but you can just as well explain to a board member why exactly this format is the right choice. Our creative team has your back, but the final creative decision is yours.
• Strategy & influencer campaigns. You'll develop social media strategies and influencer collaborations independently, implement them, and always think one step ahead.
• Customer communication at eye level. Our customers expect transparency and competence. You'll deliver both clearly, sovereignly, and persuasively, even when it gets tight.
• Reporting, that brings results. You'll make campaign data into understandable reports with concrete recommendations, not just nice slides.
• Shooting, where others take a break. Regular shoots will take you to locations in the DACH region and beyond. Your home base remains Berlin.

Qualifikation

• Excellent organizational skills: you'll never lose sight of the bigger picture, even with parallel projects.
• You bring agency experience with you.
• Eigenverantwortung and proactivity: you won't wait for tasks, you'll find them.
• Communication strength: clear, professional, and persuasive, even when it gets stressful.
• Flexibility and calmness in the face of spontaneous changes or short-notice requests.
• A genuine feel for social media, storytelling, and video quality.
• Reliability, on which the team and customers can rely.
• German on C2 level, English securely in word and writing.
• Agency experience is a plus, but not a must. We recognize potential when we see it.
