Aufgaben

• Strategie: You're the head behind our organic social media concepts for clients and have the strategy fully in your own hands.
• Kundenberatung mit Impact: You're not just an executor, but advise our clients on eye level, give strategic impulses, and show how we can achieve more together.
• Trend-Scouting: You identify viral mechanics on TikTok and Instagram before they go mainstream, and adapt them for high-end brands.
• KPI-Reporting: You measure success not just in likes, but lead from data-driven recommendations for strategic further development.
• Content-Creation: You develop bold content hypotheses and steer the implementation of assets that emotionally catch and force interaction.
• Mentoring: You actively share your expertise with the team to ensure our quality is sustained.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You bring at least 3-5 years of fundamental practice in social media management, ideally on an agency side.
• Strategie-Stärke: You know how to make brands organically big and have the desire to take full responsibility for this.
• Beratungstalent: You love exchanging with clients and can present your ideas convincingly and with professional expertise.
• Trend-Gespür: You live social media privately and professionally and know exactly which hook works on which platform.
• Mentor-Mindset: You enjoy sharing your knowledge and accompanying others in their professional development.
• Sprachskills: You speak perfect German and good English.
