In this role, you will be responsible for our organic social media presence and develop our channels strategically and operationally. Flexible working hours, 30 vacation days, and a modern work culture are self-evident at our company.

As our new social media expert, your mission:

• Responsibility for our organic social media channels (mainly Instagram & TikTok)
• Development and implementation of a clear organic social media strategy
• Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of content formats (Reels, Stories, Posts, UGC)
• Editorial planning including content calendar
• Community management and active interaction with our target group
• Analysis of performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Closely working together with your team and other departments

You are our Perfect Match, if you:

• Bring several years of experience in organic social media management
• Have a very good sense for social trends, platform mechanics, and content formats
• Think strategically and can implement operationally
• Use data to continuously improve content
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Bring excellent German and good English skills
