(Senior) Social Media Manager in Online Marketing (m/f/d)

What we are currently focused on
Social Media Advertising is changing rapidly: new platforms, new formats, AI-powered campaign management, and target groups that are increasingly difficult to reach.

Those who excel here combine data understanding with creative judgment. We are looking for someone who thinks about Paid and Organic together, advises clients strategically, and doesn't hide behind dashboards.

What you will do with us

• You will take over your own clients and be their central point of contact for Paid and Organic Social Media
• You will plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns on the relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others)
• You will develop social media strategies, define target groups, and derive concrete recommendations from performance data
• You will be responsible for A/B tests and continuous optimization, not just campaign setup
• You will actively use AI: for target group analysis, campaign structure, creative approaches, and reporting preparation
• You will prepare results in meaningful reports and provide clear recommendations for action instead of just data lists
• You will contribute to the field: observe trends, set impulses, share knowledge

What the job looks like in detail

• You will work on multiple client projects simultaneously and be the technical point of contact for everything related to social media
• You will be in regular direct contact with clients and represent your assessments
• Not every campaign performs on the first try. What matters is what you learn from it
• You will work closely with colleagues from SEA, Tracking, and Content

What you bring

• • At least 3 years of experience in Paid Social Media Advertising, either agency or client-side
    • You are familiar with the ad managers of the relevant platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and can independently implement complex campaigns
    • You want to advise clients strategically, not just deliver campaigns. Understand goals, discuss on equal footing, share decision-making
    • Data-driven thinking and creative judgment go hand in hand for you
    • AI is a tool for you that you use regularly. You are curious about how it further develops campaign work and creative processes
    • Structured, self-reliant work, even with multiple projects and clients in parallel
    • German language skills at C1 competence level
