WHAT YOU DO

• You develop and implement strategic social media concepts.
• You independently manage all phases of social media management – from strategic planning and content production to community management.
• You act as a dedicated point of contact for the client team, proactively advising on social media trends and developing tailor-made solutions for different target groups.
• You are responsible for developing innovative social media campaigns for client products – from editorial planning and content creation to performance optimization.
• You identify beauty and lifestyle trends, test new formats, and implement innovative approaches to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• You create detailed performance reports, analyze KPIs in context, and convincingly present optimization potential and market insights.
• You continuously develop new ideas for brand management based on client and community feedback and sustainably improve social media performance.
• You work closely with the client team and internal departments to successfully implement integrated campaigns.
• You support junior colleagues in managing projects and promote knowledge transfer on specific social media strategies.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have at least five years of in-depth professional experience in social media management and have successfully supported diverse brands and projects.
• You specialize in TikTok, understand the platform's specifics, its community, and relevant content formats. You are also proficient in using Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Business Suite) and confidently implement cross-channel strategies.
• You excel with experience in client communication, maintain a professional demeanor at all times, and convince clients with your empathetic and solution-oriented consulting.
• You have a keen sense for current developments and trends in social media, recognize opportunities early, and creatively and purposefully apply them for our clients.
• You are highly self-motivated and eager to learn, structure yourself and your tasks independently, and always maintain an overview even in dynamic phases.
• You think strategically and analytically, develop sustainable growth strategies, and make data-driven decisions. Analyses and reports are essential tools for you to measure success and further develop measures.
• You understand our clients' needs and build long-term, trusting relationships through your open and reliable approach.
• You are very familiar with common social media tools and use them efficiently for planning, implementing, and evaluating your activities.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
