Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) – Full-time, 100% remote

Your Responsibilities

• You develop a clear strategy and vision for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and implement it
• You build a consistent presence across all channels (tonality, look, content formats)
• You plan and are responsible for the editorial calendar and produce content yourself or manage its production
• You test different formats and strategies, measure the results and adapt
• You manage collaborations with influencers and creators
• You work closely with Marketing, Graphics, and Video
• You regularly report on reach, engagement, and results

What You Bring

• At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in e-commerce or for a product company
• You can think strategically while also implementing yourself
• You have demonstrable success in building channels or communities
• Native-level German, B2-C1 English for internal communication
• Proficient in using common tools for planning, analysis, and content creation (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• A feel for trends, visuals, and language
• Independent and structured way of working, as you will be working completely remotely
